yesterday started off as a good day. but ended as a bad one. i went for a haircut in the afternoon. the usual place i cut. but today, the girl who usually cut my hair wasnt there. MISSING. suppose she gave birth to tt baby nesting in her womb. but goddamn it. someone else cut my hair. and now i look like a punk. damnit.

AND THE STUPID GIRL CUT MY FRINGE. which is like the weirdest thing ever. cuz she asked me "so u want to leave this (she was smoothing out my fringe) long and part it to the side?" and i said YES.

WHERE DID THE IMPLICATION TT I WANT IT SHORT COME FROM MY SIMPLE ANSWER?!

now my hair is.. WEIRD AND PUNKY! damnit.

so i went to school today feeling absolutely mortified. and the reactions i got justified it. damnit. i think marie was the only one who thot my hair was nice. the rest just thot it was "okay.." or "not too bad.."(these are the diplomats.) or "OH MY GOD!!! -uncontrollable.laughter-." (these are the cruelly-honest people.)

anyway. pretty soon. almost everyone saw my hair. and had some form of rxn to it. sigh. so anyway. anyway. open house is like on sat. so the team was supposed to stay back and do a banner and the souveniers. and the guys cut the shuttles' feathers off and left. leaving me marie and ruizhen to do most of the work. cuz we wanted to stick feathers on the banner instead of using paint.

but i guess its good also la. cuz i think they wld've been quite haphazard. so. yeah. the banner turned out quite nicely done. and we're like gonna tie rackets to the banner. so hopefully tt turns out okay. the souveniers were really cute. after cutting the feathers off the shuttles. we had all the little heads left. so we stuck ice-cream sticks tt marie brought into the corks and wrote "cj badminton!" on the sticks. hahaha. so they look really cute. like little umbrellas.

u see the beauty of badminton, is tt there are so many sexual innuendos tt go along with it. heck. just the thing we hit around is a neon-sign tt virtually screams SEXUAL CONNOTATION! anyway. so since we had to stick the ice cream sticks into the corks. we had to poke holes into the corks first. use a pair of scissors. so lines like "man. some of the corks are really hard" and "the soft corks are easier to poke." and "the head of the cork looks kinda outta shape" etc etc flew around like locusts. hahaha.

all in all. a pretty productive day. yup. which makes me feel proud and accomplished of us three. good job marie and zhen. -thumbs.up-
