my friends rock my world. they're like the sugar icing on cakes. not always present but when they are, they hit 9 on the Richter Scale.
i've been in a rather snappish mood nowadays. with badminton and my jobless state and all. super high strung and easily irritatable and provoked. and god bless my friends. they've taken it like soldiers on the frontline -- with great bravery. hahaha.
yesterday evening was rather nice. my mood, as usual nowadays, was screaming with the need to just breakdown and lash out at someone instead of giving short spurts of snapping at people. andden chunkin and rafael cheered me up by bringing me out to dinner. and they even paid for it cuz i was hella broke.
i didnt even wanna eat dinner cuz i was so broke. but they just ordered for me anyway. even tho i protested the whole way. which was like the nicest thing ever. and ck even offered to help me with math. =) den i popped to candy empire at millenia walk with rafael to get candy for his girl.
CANDY EMPIRE IS LIKE
THE KIDS' FANTASY COME TRUE. there's so much candy there! so many cool types of candy. especially those u dont see in the supermarkets. i had so much FUN inside there just imagining myself with all tt candy! and they had MINTIES!!! oh.my.god. those candies are like almost extinct in local supermarkets lorh! and CADBURY CHOCOLATE FROGS. oh my god. it's like twilight zone when i saw it cuz it was like a unexpected guest from the past. :O :O :O
anyway. today. cheryl sudhan and justin accompanied me to a job interview all the way to Raffles Place even tho they were DYING to have lunch at PepperLunch at Isetan. den we popped over to cheryl's to watch Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. okay. the show wasnt fantastic and it made fun of several other movies. but i think it was quite okay. so long u're in a lame mood and willing to be entertained.
then we watched a couple of friends episodes. which was hella funneh cuz we started comparing ourselves and other people in t36 to characters in friends. and i ended up as janice. =\ cuz i cld do the fucking goat laugh. hahaha. cheryl was rachel. not becuz of the looks but becuz of her bimbo tendencies. sudhan was chandler. cuz his jokes are always deadpan and he's not tt slow on the pickup. and justin. justin won joey hands down. hahaha cuz he's so GODDAMN BLUR.
anyway. we had dinner at chompchomp. which was nice and cosy. justin bot cockles when NONE OF US ATE IT except him. and it was $5 worth. so we played some games to finish it off. so the cockles turned out to be punishment. at first we played 7up. then we played shi-shiwu (ten-fifteen) 4 people-wise. if u guessed the number. the person on the left had to eat a cockle. (onion if it was justin.) hahaha. it was damn funnie la.
this is like one of the nicest times i've had since our promos ended. and honestly. i hope there are more. =)
then it wasnt so good. cuz i was supposed to go hang out with shao, desmond zhuo, and shaowei to celebrate shao's birthday. and since i was only told today. i cld only go down by nine. they called me around 7.15 wheni was at chompchomp's. so i told them and i asked if they were still gonna be there and he said YES. MOST PROBABLY. so when i got there. they left already! without even informing me. i found out when i called shao and boy i was boiling MAD.
and tmr i'm gonna rearrange des.zhuo's face. grrr.
oh yarh. i forgot to mention lappy. lappy has a huge infatuation with cheryl now. he's dying to find out everything abt her. hahahaa. which has provided me entertainment over the week. -thumbs.up- hahaha. cheryl. get the courage to add cheryl la. or not. i'll ask her to add you. hahahahahaha.
gonna pop over to yuzhen's tmr. tore her ligament and now is stuck at home. and i, being the wonderful person i am... have decided to pop over with a couple of vcds and chill out with her with yeu. iz. char. sounds like a good plan. =)
